Q: How do I place an order?
A: Placing an order with Beast In Show is both easy and secure. You can choose either to place an order online or over the phone during our office hours.
If wishing to order online, simply browse through our shop and select the products you wish to purchase by adding them to your shopping basket.
Once you have completed your selection click on 'pay now' (or alternatively you can choose to checkout via PayPal). If you have already signed up for a Beast In Show account you simply enter your payment details and complete the order. If you are a new user then you can choose to set up an account by setting a password once you have placed your first order. Once you have continued to the payment method screen, we accept all major credit and debit cards.

Ordering by phone:
Simply give us a bell on +44 (0)845 652 3278 during our office hours (9am - 5:30pm GMT Monday to Friday). Alternatively, you can email us with your contact telephone number and we will ring you back as soon as we can.
Q: How secure is shopping with Beast In Show?
A: Your security is our top priority!
We use Shopify Payments or Paypal for all online orders to ensure the highest security possible for our customers. Using these methods we don't even see your credit card details.
If choosing to order by phone, we input your card details directly into a secure payment terminal, offering a safe way of taking sensitive information. Using this payment method we accept all major debit and credit cards.
Q: Can I still place an order without creating an account?
A: Yes you can.
We completely understand that not everyone wants to create accounts with websites or Paypal to place orders. By default, our website does not require you to have an account to checkout and complete your order. We only hold enough information to be able to deliver your order.
Alternatively, if you wish to pay via PayPal without an account, select Paypal on the shopping cart page. Once on the Paypal page, select 'don't have a Paypal account?' and complete your order as a Paypal guest. This method means you don't have to create a Paypal account, but you can place the order online using the Paypal secure servers.
The third option is to simply give us a call and we will process your order over the phone.
Q: How much does postage cost?
A: Postage costs are as follows:
For orders within the UK: Postage is £1.50 for orders up to the value of £10, £3 for orders between the values of £10 and £30, and free for all orders over the value of £30.
For all international orders outside the UK: Postage is £2 for every £10 spent and free for all orders over the value of £100.
Q: How does the free postage work?
A: It's easy! The free delivery applies to orders within the UK that are over £30 and international orders that are over £100. If your order qualifies then we will deliver your order for free!
Q: Do you deliver products internationally?
A: Yes we do! We will happily deliver our products anywhere in the world. If you have any questions about this, visit the contact us page and send us an email.
Q: How do you deliver orders?
A: We use Royal Mail to send out your order, as follows:
Orders up to the value of £50 - First Class (normally delivered next working day from dispatch)
Orders over the value of £50 - First Class: Recorded Signed For (requires signature on delivery)
Orders over the value of £100 - Special Delivery Next Day (guaranteed delivery before 1.00pm the next working day from dispatch - requires signature on delivery)
Europe and Rest of World:
Orders up to the value of £30 - Airmail
Orders over the value of £30 - Airsure (to selected destinations) or International Signed For
Q: Can you deliver urgently?
A: We don't as standard, but we are sure that any special delivery requirements you have can be accommodated. Visit the contact us page and simply get in touch to let us know what your requirements are.
Q: I think my product(s) got lost in the post, what do I do?
A: Visit the contact us page and send us an email with your order number so that we can try and track down where your order got to. We will be in touch with you shortly afterwards to let you know what to do.
Q: I have just placed an order - when will it be shipped?
A: Provided the items you have purchased are in stock we will do our utmost to ensure that your order is shipped within 2 working days of order placement. We use Paypal order tracking to help notify you of your order shipping status - keep an eye on your account to see when your order is shipped.
We hope that you will be pleased with your purchases from Beast In Show. However, we understand that there are times when you will need to return items to us. We have tried to make this as easy and as hassle free as possible for you.
Q: Can I return a faulty item?
A: Hopefully you should never receive a faulty item, but if you believe something isn't quite up to scratch then of course you may return it.
Simply visit our contact us page and send us an email to let us know that you are returning an item, and the reason for returning it. We will reply with instructions and address details for returning the product. This will ensure that we can deal with your return as quickly as possible, and if necessary refund or replace your purchase once we receive the item back into stock. You have 28 days from receiving the item to tell us about the fault, but the sooner the better. Any postage costs associated with returning your order will also be refunded.
Q: How do I return an item I no longer want?
A: If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it then, in line with the EU Distance Selling Regulations (DSR), you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 10 days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us. Visit our contact us page and send us an email to let us know that you are returning an item, and the reason for returning. Once you've informed us that you wish to return goods under the DSR, you have 28 calendar days to do so, at your own expense. Once we receive the item back into stock, we'll issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method.
Q: I bought a tea towel - do I need to do anything to it before I use it?
A: We recommend that before you use your tea towel for the first time, you put it through the wash at least once. This will soften up the material, and make it more absorbent. If you just want to hang the towel to make your kitchen look pretty then there is no need to do this!
Q: I bought a mug - what's the best way to clean it?
A: You can either pop your mug in the dishwasher, or even better, give it a wash by hand with soapy water! If you find that you can't remove the tea stains from the mug, then fill it with water and pop a baby sterilising tablet (available from most chemists) in it for a couple of hours. This never fails to clean it up as good as new! You can also use these to clean up stained plastic and tupperware - a must have for any cleaning cupboard!
